May Mission Month 2022: Crossing the street

Thank You!

Thank you for your engagement with May Mission Month 2022! Across Australia, churches and individuals like you have used the theme of 'Crossing the Street' to explore mission in the Bible and how God is call us to live it out across the street and across the world.

As a team we have been so encouraged by your faithfulness in partneship and your enthusiasm in mission. We can only do this together! Thank you for joining with us in God's mission.

"Let me say a very big thank you to all our partners who have engaged with us during May. We can only do what we do around the globe with the wonderful support of our partners and so thank you to all those who have financially and prayerfully invested in our compelling vision during May or who have an ongoing partnership commitment."
- Scott Pilgrim, Executive Director

"It was so encouraging to see the depth of engagement from the churches throughout May Mission Month. Churches and individuals give thought to the money they send in to partner with Baptist Mission Australia. It's a genuine partnership."
- Lisa Cornish, State Leader SA/NT

"I was thrilled to see a deep passion and commitment to local and global mission as I travelled around Baptist churches during May Mission Month. I see dedicated communities of Baptist churches doing and supporting mission Christ's way – vulnerable, humble, and Gospel-focused, embodying the Good News in words and deeds."
- Graham Hill, State Leader WA

My Church Doesn't Do May Mission Month in May...

That's ok! We know May doesn't fit into all church calendars.

The full suite of Crossing the Street resources will remain available all year (and beyond). And the vast majority of resources do not carry 'May Mission Month' branding.

Resources for One, Two or Four Weeks

Resources are available for your faith community to engage with mission and Baptist Mission Australia's ministry in a new way.

Resources

Do churches have to do all four weeks? No! Church communities can pick and choose which of the themes they focus on. You might dedicate one, two, three or four weeks to Baptist Mission Australia's May Mission Month. The four themes can be run as a series, or each theme can be used a standalone theme.
