It’s so exciting for the team in South East Asia to see local people hear and respond to the Good News.
Recently, a local S.I woman with a Muslim background let the team know that she wants to be baptised. She comes from a very devout family and there may be consequences from her decision to be baptised. However, her conviction is strong and she boldly told the team, ‘I don’t want to just receive the gift of new life and keep it to myself. I want to share it with others, no matter the cost.’
Praise God that in the past weeks, another local woman, Miss R, has also come to faith.
God is moving in the hearts and lives of people the team are sharing Jesus with. Give thanks for the courageous faith of these women and pray that many more will receive the gift of new life.
